Have you ever experienced or felt the physical sensation we refer to as “heartache.” This feeling of pressure or discomfort in the chest and throat may occur when someone is hurting us or we have a deep sense of grief or loss. I truly believe that if you this experience this heartache more than a couple of times in your life, that your subconscious mind may form an “energy wall” that protects your heart against further heartache. We refer to this wall of energy as the “Heart-Wall.”
The number of emotions trapped in a Heart Wall vary by individual. We release each emotion individually, one by one at a pace that is comfortable to both the subconscious mind, the conscious mind, as well as the physical body. We do this by continually verifying with the SCM that each release is in the client's highest good. Keeping body mind and spirit in balance. It generally takes between two to four (30 Minute) sessions to clear a person’s Heart-Wall. Therefore I do not set a limit of how many sessions it takes to completely release the Heart Wall. We take as many (30 Minute) session as each individual client needs.

***Please note, before committing to releasing your heart wall, you must understand this could be an emotionally sensitive time for you. It takes 24-48 at a minimum to fully process energies and emotions that have been released - sometimes longer. Your SCM will tell you when it has 100% completely processed the emotions from a session. I highly recommend scheduling the following sessions to be scheduled immediately after releasing the Heart Wall:

Chakra Cleanse, Alignment & Energize Session
Keeping our environmental space energies clean is just as important as our personal energies. It is the client's responsibility to do their own "at-home" work to help with the release process. Yoga. Meditation. Grounding Exercises. Energy Work. All of these are important for continued energetic maintenance.
